Here is all the information you need to know for 2023

Hello RunVEMBRIANS,

Welcome to the 11th RunVEMBER and welcome to all the 1st timers and those regulars too,

It's a fun filled action packed month ahead with lots to get stuck into if you so wish

We have the runs with all the local running clubs and of course parkruns too.

All that we ask of our RunVEMBRIANS is as follows:

1, Print and laminate your number

2, Wear/display this every time you run/walk/swim or cycle

3, Fill your bag/bags with as many items from the lists as possible or you can opt for the monetary donation if you prefer

4,Smile, enjoy and laugh everyday of the month

5, Take loads of photos and email them into us at runvember@outlook.com

As per usual we have all our weekend themed runs to look forward to and our weekday club night runs. Were really happy to see loads of people joining us this year. If you see anyone running around don't forget to give them a wave of encouragement.

This year as with the last few years if you want to be in with a shot of being 1st,2nd or 3rd in either our Walk, run, cycle or swimming categories then at the end of the month send us in your total BEFORE Friday the 9th of December and the winners will be revealed on our presentation evening.
